    Didnt utsi spurn purported buyout offers last year of around $9, citing an 'undervalued' assessment of the company? assuming the likes of alu & csco bidding on the company, at what price would you venture a guess they'd take utsi at? sub-10? - also, i dont understand HOW the stock traded under its $6 book with such a strong balance sheet
