UBS Analyst: TransCanada’s Smaller Equity Issue Actually a Plus

I find this blog interesting considering that TransCanada is having difficulty retaining management employees at the Ravenwood plant. I have first hand knowledge that they are not offering market salaries and may well loose some of the long term talent that have made money for Con Ed, Keyspan, and most recently National Grid, at this plant.
