I can't see why the Nyx merger wouldn't happen since they've already sunk so much capital into the plan already. $2.5 million is a good chunk to be "giving away" to Image for this deal not to occur.
Things are starting to loosen up credit-wise and it may now be easier to get financing, so I'm betting this will be a done deal.

Thank you, this is a very good analysis. It's just the kind of independent process, thought, and initiative that makes reading individual investor blogs interesting and enjoyable.
I'm always on the lookout for well-run microcaps. I agree that this could be a good investment and will put BRID on my watch list and investigate the company a little further. I especially like that they carry no long-term debt and their not cash-strapped.
I'm curious though; since you visited their facility, you must have interviewed a few insiders. It would interesting to hear what they have to say, especially their plans and goals. Is that something you can follow-up on with your readers?
