  • Apple: October iPhone Report Seems Questionable [View article]
Great insight on the product launches and excellent prognosis. I'll continue to hold my positions in AAPL for the foreseeable future. Cook guided higher based on a September launch, so I'll take that guidance and Bill's insight to the bank. Thanks Bill, you made my day.

  • An Open Call To Apple Bears For Debate [View article]
The "punching bag" is down for the count. Down goes Frazier!!!!!! MB is a stone cold revisionist, he's been out to lunch on AAPL for the last year. He who shorts this stock today should be prepared to go down with MB. It's not 2012 anymore Toto!!! Anyway, we continue to give too much credibility to many of these bloggers. There's more to life than the repeating AAPL's history ad nauseam. Move on!!!

  • Now That The 'Little Guy' Is In Apple, Time For The Flush [View article]
We all should cease and desist responding to guys like Elconin (short for "El Con"). If folks wouldn't respond then SA would stop posting these trashy articles, i.e., no readers, no more posts. Obviously, "El Con" is an hombre who is short APPL and is trying to push the stock down into the low 80's. AAPL bashing is back in style as the short interest has climbed higher this past month. No worries, the more shorts the better, especially when the time comes to cover. See you at $110.

  • iPhone 6 Expected To See Robust Demand [View article]
Michael, if you are really short this stock, I'm guessing that it's 100 shares or less. You were successful in your attempt to be balanced in this article, but by trumpeting your short position, we know how you are stubbornly clinging to the negative view. Your articles are followed by many AAPL supporters and you keep them stirred up. On that track, you do a magnificent job.

  • Don't Buy Apple After It Splits [View article]
The more comments an author gets, the more likely he/she will post again. I don't know this, but I assume SA will pay people more if their articles receive heavy comments. More traffic the better for SA and any sponsors.

Hi Radar, I was with you for awhile on Gathrz, good to see you here posting on the current irreverent bashing of AAPL decision to split our stock 7-1. At first I wasn't happy with the idea, but I've grown into the idea and think that overall, with buybacks, it's a win. Good to see that you're still an AAPL devotee.

Totally different environment than the last split. Where in the world did you go to school, historical antecedents are not necessarily an accurate gauge for this particular stock or any stock for that matter. New products are promised, Beats Electronics purchase augurs well for the future of streaming music, an IWearable on the horizon that should take some air out of the wearable industry, and who knows what else. Lots of new blood in the management stable, so I look to a "new'" exciting, and vibrant AAPL to emerge in the next six months. By the way most splits result in an initial unwarranted rise in share price, so go check your historical records on that claim.

  • Apple Depends On Strong Demand For The iPhone 6 [View article]
Please pick another stock to write about Michael. You're obviously a very intelligent person, but your AAPL hatred has led you down a dark path and is way over done. Short AAPL if you must, but I'm afraid "we're not living in 2012 anymore Toto."

  • Rough Waters Ahead For Apple In China [View article]
It's interesting to see how many people actually read your negative bashing of AAPL and comment. Since you are short the stock and have been since the new year, I suspect you are supporting the downside to $400 and will continue until AAPL hits $600. Then you might just believe you were wrong. Anyway, you are consistent in your position, and you write well. Good luck.

  • Is It Time For Tim Cook To Leave Apple? [View article]
Many of these comments are well done and are mostly supportive of the status quo at AAPL. However, I would argue that the BOD should order Cook to do something positive with the cash hoard or find another profession. It's really idiotic to have that much cash on a company's balance sheet doing nothing but gathering chump change in interest. It's really dead money just like the current stock. Since the foreign hoard of cash can't be repatriated without huge tax consequences, why not continue to borrow against the cash (as collateral) holdings and either buy into Icahn's proposal or buy a company that is a game changer. AAPL's management has made these high flying promises re: innovative and revolutionary products that are in the pipeline, but all we (small investors) see are upgrades and fine tuning of current products, which is great, but those types of evolutionary steps will not move the needle on the stock price. Many AAPL investors are frustrated but for the most part, they remain loyal to the stock and the brand. How long do we long-term investors have to wait (suffer) for something that will move the stock price back up into the $650-700 range?

  • 3 Big Things To Expect From Apple In 2014 [View article]
AAPL is not a bank, return some of the cash horde to shareholders via an additional and reasonable buyback, that's a no-brainer. $50 billion seems reasonable alongside the previous commitment. Reducing the outstanding shares can only improve the EPS and move the needle on the price per share.

  • What Matters About Apple [View article]
You're not going to get a huge number of accolades for your work here, but I for one, think this was an excellent piece of work, one of the finest I have seen in this genre. I was educated and stimulated by your intellectual ability to cut through the day to day hogwash that surrounds this stock. Well done!!!

SA will let anyone publish on this blog. The author has the freedom to be wrong, and in this case, I think that's the case. Give him kudos for the bring up his perspective.
