    I agree it is time to buy as is evidenced on my free website by the double digit returns of my "bargain bin" stocks. I think that Berkshire Altria Kraft UST etc. are better choices but the overall theme of the article is correct.Finding stocks on sale is always the investor's goal.

    I respect Buffett but there are so many others stocks better than AXP here.Will it do well 3-5 years in advace? Probably.But there are so many consumer goods companies that will do MUCH BETTER because of lower costs.
