Dollar and Oil Are Manipulated by ECB and Fed

I predict that oil is going to hit 150 at some point, and 200 at some point and 100 at some point and 500 at some point. OK, so now that we have that straight, does making silly predictions do anything for anybody? You need to have some magnificent econometric model for it to mean a hill of beans. And unfortunately even the economists don't have such a model. They certainly do have models but nothing that is nearly sophisticated enough. And certainly nothing so far that is connected with reality.

How Far Could Oil Prices Fall?

Price of gas is a problem? No, I just took the 'Gini out for a spin last weekend, top down and everything. Does the price of gas matter when I have 200k in the car already?

Short Ideas: Kick GM While It's Down

When a stock is weak play it on the short side, when a stock is strong play it on the long side. Now, ask your self if GM stock is weak or strong. That gives a clue as to which side to play it.
