Late fifties, no debt, income properties to bolster retirement. I'll give up ownership on the properties prior to collecting Social Security and play the manager's role, keeping my income under the gov't ceiling for earnings. Still a risk-taker, utilizing high-yield equities (6 -12%). I'll "settle down" on the risk a bit, but will always take risk --- even during retirement. It's tough to walk away from the sizeable reinvestment and compounding... Peace.
