Yeah, I read an article awhile back about GS being sued by the German Govt. for $189B, then I read another about Germany giving
the ESM 190B Euros, seemed real convienient to me. They sued GS over the toxic loans that they bought off them ????
I guess you got to read between the lines

I agree Robert, this will be the 3rd major bubble (whenever it pops)
since Glass/ Steagel was repealed in 1999, someone should point this out. I think it would take a mass petition to get it reinststed, also
    Dow 12,000 in 1999, Dow 12,000 in 2012 coincidence ?

  • Taking The Market Out Of The Market [View article]
Is this any different then heavies like Bill Gross, Jim Rodgers, Jim Bianco, talking up markets to cover longs or talking down the markets
to cover shorts. I`m not saying they do I`m just using them for examples of things that I have read about

  • Taking The Market Out Of The Market [View article]
It seems to me that no one seemed concerned about HFT when there was a bull market prior to the Tech bubble because all were making money. The markets are preforming like a cyclical bear now like it is
IMO as explained in articles I`ve read by Suzy Orman who pegged this market right years ago, lots of little bull markets or rallys, and
corrections and its really hard to buy and hold and make money. So goes the blame game

I`m going to ask a ? here, I know your asking for solutions but here it goes.
The way I heard the great fix to be is the ESM. All the world central banks BOJ, FED, ECB, and What the UK uses for a central bank
are going to put funds into the ESM and they are going to give them a banking license. I suppose the troubled nations are going to dip into this fund/bank, I hope I`m getting this right and my ? is can this work?
I might have this wrong but I think that is the way I heard it

  • "You're never going to ever achieve the necessary pool of money that you need (by) buying bonds," says BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, whose February call to be 100% invested in equities came just about the time it paid to be 100% invested in bonds. The U.S. 10-year yields 1.56% vs. the S&P yield of 2%.  [View news story]
Whats to stop us from waiting for the 2013 interest rate hikes the
Fed has promised, and then buying TIPS its only a year away. Unless
you want to keep risking chasing an 8-10% potential upside in stocks
and a 200% downside risk in a bad market.
