    I'd say our market in SE Michigan has a little farther to go. (A lot of the area has ties to the big three car companies.) But I hope you are right!

    What also concerns me is the "czar" mentality.

    Thinking an auto "czar" with no automotive/business/ma... background is a good thing is just mind boggling.

    In contrast to 169490 I think the collection of links makes perfect sense. And the title is very appropriate. As a buyer's real estate broker who serves one of the markets mentioned I thought the collection of "tours" from a national perspective was useful.

    However from a serious buyer's standpoint I think tours are not a good use of time.
