I am an emeritus professor in philosophy and religion from Northeastern University, Boston. My training in analytical philosophy and logic prepared me for analysis and due diligence of economic policy and a variety of investments. My background in economics comes from its important role in public policy and teaching courses on economics and public policy. I've most recently lived for over five years in Ireland and am familiar with policy issues in the EU, before the ECB, and am currently working on two books, one in the arena of public policy. My experiences in investing began three decades ago when I begin mimicking a neighbor who had a very profitable portfolio. I have since broadened into options and ETFs.
