Time To Refinance: Mortgage Rates Lowest Since 1971

OPPPS!!!! The one time that I expected to take months and months to finally address... they do it with in days "almost" too BAD!!! for me... as I stopped my payment litterilly back in January.. right or wrong.. good or bad... it is what it is!!! now they can't call my atty. / last week they could NOT reply to his letter because of privacy issues!!
wonder WHAT the next excuse will be.
nothing like another hurdle..
