Residential Construction Slump: Harsh but Necessary

Thank you, it drives me crazy every time I hear that the drop in new starts is bad news. It is bad news, for the home builders and the industries they support. However, as you say, it is completely necessary. I would be a seller into the broad market if I heard that new starts were up at this point.

We can't save the home builders while everything else crumbles...
