    Thank you, it drives me crazy every time I hear that the drop in new starts is bad news. It is bad news, for the home builders and the industries they support. However, as you say, it is completely necessary. I would be a seller into the broad market if I heard that new starts were up at this point.

    We can't save the home builders while everything else crumbles...

    One stock you don't have there that is very promissing and has a licensing contract with Eli Lilly is BIOMS, a Canadian biotech currently at stage II and III trials and received a Fast Track designation for one of its drugs from the FDA. It trades on the TSX in Toronto (symbol MS), not sure if it also trades on American exchanges or not.

    It is getting killed along with everything else right now (19.7% above 52-week low and 43.2% off its 52-week high) so offers a compelling entry point. I know I've been buying!

    How can you say that the stock sold off as much as 2.2% as the company's narrowing margins were digested? Did you take a gander at the price of gold that day or at ALL the other gold stocks. It performed the best of the bunch that day.

    No kidding. I'd take a $30 target at this point! $37.50 is a 40% premium to today's price. What I don't understand is why the company doesn't take greater efforts to explain their business model to investors. Their portfolio is beyond complex.

    For some reason, airlines cannot consistently earn profits. Until someone figures out a model that will allow the company to consistently earn profits, the market caps of airlines will always be at a discount to other industries.

    It is beyond me why anyone would invest in airlines.
