Mannkind: Overlooked Biotech With Excellent Prospects (Part I)

Be aware that even though the share price may be low, the prospects for inhaled insulin are dim. All major players have dropped out, and Mannkind will have a hard time finding a partner for making a commercial success (they need to have a GP sales force working for them, and hence a partner).

Remember also that insulin is a growth factor, which have lead to lung cancer with Exubera, and likely will cause a discussion over the risk-benefit ratio of Technosphere - even if they get good data in their trials.
