ETF: I believe he does in fact mean Wind Energy America. I'm scratching my head since it's included with the HEAVIES.
IF it is in fact included in any ETF, exposure for WNEA will be priceless. WNEA is small. But has one of the best land holdings in the U.S. for wind projects with Buffalo Ridge.
