We've seen the SaaS phenomena grow in front of our eyes. from the peripheries with its promise, to increasingly the biggest technology. Its still far from achieving its full potential, but theres not a doubt that it will.
Having offered SaaS collaboration technologies since early years of this new millennium, were glad we anticipated two growing trends well - SaaS and business collaboration.
Theres some speculation that the new owners could well develop a modified version of the underlying platform and avoid litigation altogether. In any case, Skype isn't going away. It is just too popular. Even businesses are taking to it now. Some great stories of how businesses are using Skype came up in the recent "Skype for business" contest - share.skype.com/sites/...

Did everyone notice one thing? Online Workspace ties directly into MS Office products, while competiors products can not. This hugely biases users towards their Workspace product, even though competitors have better products. Doesnt this comprise a misuse of MS's near monopoly of the desktop office suite market?
