eBay Feedback Changes Getting Negative Feedback

Sorry, but I believe that many, many sellers did in fact hold buyers hostage with the threat of negative feedback, so much so that some even made it policy to withhold feedback until after a buyer posted FB. I'm sorry, but if a buyer pays on time, that is about all a seller needs to evaluate a buyer. If I pay on time, the rest is up to the seller to make sure I am happy. Too often I am not: Ridiculous, excessive "handling" fees, slow delivery, lack of tracking numbers, failing to inform a buyer of shipping company name, utter lack of responsiveness to emails, unanswered and bad, out of date phone numbers...

Sellers on eBay have long had it way too cushy. About time that ride ended.
