The large banks gain via acquisition of failing banks BUT at the expense of the failing banks' stockholders. This is all part of the overall plan by the "Boyz" to have a few large banks coupled to the FED controlling the bulk of nation's funds. The insiders gain and the public loses.
Look how the banks have been currently raising fees, rates, so we know what to expect from them as "bigger" banks only exist.

Who really is in charge of the cash handouts of future taxpayers monies, Paulson, Ben (the Fed), F.D.I.C. , or Pelosi/Dodd/Frank OR all of the above in the usual hit or miss style with no strings or control ? ?
It appears that the worst offenders get the easiest, quickest, no questions asked, funds from these above government officials who earlier had contributed to this long developing problem.
We need more responsible and honest CEO's AND government officials.
