I don't get the reason that JAVA stock holders would hold-out on Oracle. They have decent assets, but have totally lost their path on marketing and selling them. Some of their hardware assets are in a very tight position. It is best for the JAVA stockholders and the remaining JAVA workers to get behind the Oracle bid. Ellison will do more house-cleaning, but most of the products will then have enough capitalization to soldier on.
