  • Websites, All Their Eggs, and One Shaky Basket Called Advertising [View article]
Yahoo shouldn't be concerned about their shrinking ad dollars, thats the least of their financial problems, they should be more concerned with the way their employees have been acting on the yahoo internet sites, harassing individuals, hooking personal computers up to their servers on the Remote Management Tool, deleting personal and business emails at will, disrupting users navigation of the internet, posting color photos of beastiality on the official yahoo internet site Y/A 360 that small children can easily view while surfing the "friendly yahoo internet sites", and committing a whole host of criminal acts against people, including placing spyware on their computers, sending dangerous viru's over the internet to cause certain peroples PC's to crash and also preventing downloads of anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. There is no difference between yahoo and the Chinese Communists, none.

  • Yang is Back! And So Is MicroHoo [View article]
Lets hope this "shotgun wedding" happens real soon, like before August 1, cause after that date, yahoo stock will be worth a lot less, especially when all the major display advertisers pull their contracts with yahoo and go over to over to a more reputable company like Google. One of yahoo's major display advertisers is none other than Hebrew National, owned by ConAgra Foods, and the yahoo internet site has displayed several racist symbols that the people of the Jewish faith will not be happy about, since its their ad dollars that are helping to pay the salaries of the yahoo employees that have posted such symbols on the yahoo internet sites.

This ought to get yahoo's immediate attention about what their friendly employees have been doing behind yahoo's back!

  • Yahoo's Management Exodus Could Be a Very Good Thing [View article]
It's a real shame that those top executives that are jumping ship managed to be there when yahoo was doing great, but when it came to the "chips being on the table" and everyone sticking together and turning the struggling company around in the right direction toward being profitable again, they decided to jump ship. Maybe this is a good thing. Why keep someone around that won't do their part to help turn the company around when their talents are needed the most? Of those employees that do remain and they will turn their company around, these individuals should be rewarded with a higher pay then what they are currently receiving, since they could have joined the others and jumped ship, but they haven't and are still there at yahoo, doing their jobs and trying to help yahoo turn itself around. My hat comes off for those individuals that are hanging in there and rooting for yahoo! This takes a very special type of person to do this and a person that the company should be mighty proud to have in their employee ranks, especially now, when its going to take teamwork and lots of it.

    Thank you

  • Yahoo's on Life Support: Here's Why [View article]
I consider Yahoo's downfall a real tragedy, there are so many yahoo employees that are doing their very best to help turn their company around and then there are a small few that are doing whatever they can to bring their own company down as quickly as possible. Perhaps Ms Decker should start looking internal at some of the problems with their own employees, maybe she should start reading some of the comments posted on this site to figure out exactly what is going on inside yahoo, and take the necessary action to correct these employee problems NOW, before it gets too late.

If she doesn't put a stop to these bad employees behavior, then Yahoo will be up against the federal government for allowing their employees to post illegal content to the internet, and we all know what happens when the fed get involved in a company, don't we?

I don't have an axe to grind with Yahoo per say, I do have an axe to grind with a few of the yahoo employees that are disrupting my entire computer navigation and ruining my experiences using the computer and the internet, and because of this, I am prepared to take this fight to the next level, the federal investigators who will investigate the yahoo employees illegal behavior and illegal crimes.

    Fair warning Yahoo

  • Yahoo Goes the Path of Old Search Skins [View article]
I would think that Jerry Yang has given serious thoughts to the pro's and con's of the microsoft offer, and realizing just what the consequences would be if he turned down their offer, also considered what his prospects would be with google. He is a smart operator, regardless of what others may thing, you have to give credit where credit is due, even if you dislike the guy, he feels he is doing the best thing for his company and because of this, he now has to contend with two additional battle fronts: Shareholders lawsuits against Yahoo and the Carl Icahn's Raiders, this will tie up yahoo's financial resources for months to come, and this in itself will help to destry yahoo. While they are fighting off the lawsuits and Icahn's sharks, they won't be able to go after the types of profitable markets that would greatly increase their cash resources and these legal battles yahoo will be engaged in, will further weaken the entire structure of yahoo, even if they win, hands down on all accounts, the company will still be a lot weaker in overall strength.

I guess the best way to try and understand how Jerry Yang was thinking during the Microsoft offers is to understand the oriental mind. Its far more important to orientals to lose money rather than to lose face. Maybe jerry felt that by accepting the final offer from Microsoft, he would be lossing face with not only his own employees but with the rest of the bsuiness world as well, and to lose face, is not acceptable. Its not like the deal with Microsoft would have made him an instant billionaire, he already had achieved that goal on his own, so it wasn't the money that swayed his decision making, but something else. Maybe he felt that why should he sell out his company to a arch rival who would use his company to their best advantages to over take their arch rival Google, when it was Jerry Yang and his company that made Yahoo what it is today. Why should he let his enemy have all the benefits he had worked so hard to accomplish all these years of being with Yahoo?
Saving face is a very big issue with orientals! Think about it!

  • MicroYahoogle: Is Wall Street's 'Misery' Over Yet? [View article]
I wonder if the new team that takes over the leadership of yahoo will tolerate the rude and unprofessional behavior that some of the yahoo employees have been displaying? I bet they won't and these employees will be hitting the streets looking for new jobs. I am a CEO of my own company, I have 250 employees working for me, and I have never seen a company that allowed their employees to conduct themselves in such a unprofessional and extremely rude manner. Thes employees need to be brought up on criminal charges and punished and those executives that have allowed them to continue to behave in this manner without correcting them, should also be brought up on criminal charges, who knows, this might still happen!

  • MicroYahoogle: Is Wall Street's 'Misery' Over Yet? [View article]
"IS IT OVER?????, are you kidding me? Its only starting! the best is yet to come for the beloved internet company Yahoo! Mark my words!, and as usual, I notice that the submit button to post this comment has been removed so that I am unable to post my opinions regarding this story, but who cares what I think, its only what Yahoo thinks that matters, right?

Now after I write this comment, low and behold the publish button suddenly appears, amazing, isn't it? Yahoo controls this site and if you do not say anything nice about their company, they punish you and create problems for you. Yahoo needs to cease to exist. And I really feel sorry for microsoft, they did the very best that they could under the circumstances, yahoo thinks they are worth so much more than they actually are, now, that microsoft is out of the picture, yahoo has to contend with the pissed off shareholders and carl Icahn. Lets hope he is successful and his team can turn yahoo around under the new leadership he will install, which I think he will.
    thank God for small miracles!

  • Will Icahn Bail from His Yahoo Position? [View article]
Hey Percy: didn't you learn how to spell in high school, or was that too difficult for your to handle? Sounds like you are either a yahoo employee or a yahoo supporter, which one, honey?

  • Yahoo Destroying Shareholder Value, Internet Balance of Power [View article]
It just keeps getting better and better! Wonder if Icahn is talking to CN or BIDU about buying Yahoo either as a whole company or in pieces? He could then command at least $34.00 per share, turn a healthy profit and make all the yahoo shareholders, "Happy Campers", course, Yang and his group would be ousted and new, more responsible leadership installed at the helm of Yahoo!
But before you start counting your profits, hold on, there is more to come in the way of the bad news bears for good ole Yahoo! As my name implies: sweetrevenge!

  • Will Icahn Bail from His Yahoo Position? [View article]
I already submitted my comment, but because this site is in partnership with the yahoo band of thieves, and they did not approve of the truth and facts that I put into my comment, they have played their Ace in the hole, again, and deleted my comment, and they say we live in a free country, maybe free by what the US government tells us, but NOT by Yahoo's standards. They are just a bunch of crooked communists, operating in the wrong country, as they will soon see.

  • Will Icahn Bail from His Yahoo Position? [View article]
Carl Icahn didn't become a billionaire by making bad deals, and his heavy investment into yahoo shares will pay off for him, in the long run! If he can't convince MSFT to re-enter the deal, he could still make lots of money for the unhappy yahoo shareholders by breaking yahoo up into pieces and selling it off. The shareholders would be happy, I would be delighted, and yahoo would cease to exist!
And, I would be singing: "Oh Happy Days, Oh Happy Days, when Jesus walked, Oh Happy Days"!
