Obama Takes Tough Stance on ... Lightbulbs

I replaced a living room lighting fixture that used FIVE small 60 watt very small incandescent bulbs giving poor light with a new one from Home Depot for about $45. It uses FIVE 60 watt equalivant CFL bulbs and gives far better light. It may not be as pretty as the old fixture, but I spend more time reading than I do looking at it, and I figure that the pay-back time was under TWO YEARS, Better light and saved money - that works for me.

I agree that water is a good investment, but can't find "dozens" of such companies operating in the US to invest in. I have owned some CWCO for years, as well as about nine US water companies. I'd sure like to get hold of that expanded list.
