Biofuel Industry Won't Meet Government Production Targets After All

The Government should get out of the "king making" business as there track record would indicate. Creating "winners" is a joke. If the government had pushed for the telephone industry with mandates, subsidies and tax breaks back in the 1930's we'd still be turning a crank to make a phone call.
