I have been buying PWE under 10, along with PBT under 9 --- both for my IRA, with the dividends reinvested. There is no reason not to have these in a retirement account. I'd check with your accountant. While your at it take a look at PRGN for diversification at 3.50. With a 5% yield, it's another great stock to hold for an IRA.
