eBay: Getting Something for Nothing

If there's one thing they could change, it's all of those fees. I'd like to make my own auction site where there are'nt fees every time you turn around. The seller should be able to see a return and not a deficit.

Well, I started selling on Ebay and I'm vastly disappointed. I think they've gone overboard on all their nickel and diming for each auction. I'm losing money, not gaining.

You've hit it right on the button, but I wonder if anyone on upper tier of Ebay will read this and take it to heart? I've wanted to sell on Ebay and then you see all the fees, it's like a bank. So I don't sell and what I do buy, it's something I hope I won't get sniped at just a couple of seconds before the auction ends. Ebay is in a sorry state.

I know I wouldn't trust Ebay...not now. If I had try to sell something I have a feeling it will get lost. Yes, I totally agree; it's the end of Ebay. You can't fix a sinking ship and the captain hasn't said 'Abandon ship!' The passengers are leaving now.

I've been a member of Ebay since '99 and had been considering whether or not to sell. Then I see all of these fees...good night there could even be a fee for breathing on the site. I've never sold, but bought and I can't stand it when a company that started out so well; is now showing up as more greedy than it has a reason to be and hiding listings on top of that. How rude that is. The other problem I didn't like was being sniped just a second before an auction was over. I buy very little there. Another site I'm planning on going to is called, Ioffer.com. Looks really good. It's ashame what has happened all due to greed and misleading to sellers.
