  • 2 Big Elephants Afraid Of A Mouse: What Apple Is Not Telling You About BlackBerry [View article]
Apple can't buy the mouse because between Prem and Chen, one probably won't even let it go for $50 and the other one said forget it, tell me you're offering $100 at the very least... or else, just forget it.
$50 a share? $100 a share? wow, that says it all. You're not an objective writer. You're more like a carny barker.

  • 3 Solid Reasons Why BlackBerry Can Sustain Its Turnaround [View article]
3 Solid Reasons Why BlackBerry Can Sustain Its Turnaround
From the title I already know the article is an advertisement not an objective viewpoint.

BBRY hasn't turned around, so how can it sustain it? Yes, the stock price has bounced off all time lows so if you want to cherry pick a short term entry point you are up in the last 8 months but for the rest of the world, BBRY is down and down huge.

And more to the point, BBRY lost 250m last quarter. That's a lot of cash. It's still losing money on its business and it hopes -- "hopes"--- to get to cash break even within about a year. That is not a "turnaround" let alone a "sustaining" of a turnaround.

  • Cisco Should Consider BlackBerry Purchase Or Tie Up [View article]
That's a false statement and you know it.

Are you kidding? Look it up.

  • Cisco Should Consider BlackBerry Purchase Or Tie Up [View article]
Well I can make the same argument for the SP 500.
What does that have to do with BBRY? BBRY isn't a winner, it's a huge loser. It's lost 90% of its value in the last couple of years.

The most interesting thing about BBRY is how many people are emotionally and probably still financially tied to the company.

Cisco Should Consider BlackBerry Purchase Or Tie Up
Get real. Neither Ciscso nor any other big player has any interest in lowly BBRY. BBRY is hanging by a thread.

BBRY put itself on the auction block 9 months ago at $8 a share and nobody--I mean nobody--- was interested at $8. Now, BBRY has sold everything and lost its best and brightest and is down to renting and outsourcing phones--as if anyone is going to come along and buy that for 30-50% more than what they could have bought the complete operation for 9 months ago--especially CISCO. What a burden that would be for CISCO.

  • Why BlackBerry Is A Solid Buy On The Dip [View article]
Why Blackberry Is A Solid Buy On The Dip
Ok, let me know if it dips to $5.40 and I'll take another look.

Because right now for a company losing hundreds of million in cash a quarter and talking about a goal of break even some day and now directly up against Apple/IBM--I'm not exactly inspired.

  • Key Factors That Will Cause SolarCity Earnings To Disappoint [View article]
    Good luck shorting, abig.
I keep losing my arse shorting this stock. It goes up on small volume. It goes up when the market goes down. It goes up on bad news. On a big up day for the market, it goes through the roof. It just likes to go up. And even right after it goes up and should come down, it goes up some more.

This and TSLA kill me. I'm like a gambling addict in a casino shorting these two stocks.

  • Key Factors That Will Cause SolarCity Earnings To Disappoint [View article]
Insiders like CEO and co-founder Lyndon Rive have been selling their shares since late June until recently, all before the 8/7/14 earnings report
This has false implications. Anyone in the business knows insiders can't sell except

    1. In a small trading window after earnings release. Key word "after"
    2. In a 10b51 program that is instituted prior to the year beginning and completely out of the insider's control.

Lastly, an insider can never ever sell just prior to earnings release knowing the earnings are going to disappoint. That's called insider trading and is a death sentence.

  • Tesla, Are We About To Be Surprised? [View article]
It is all but certain that every well-heeled soccer-mom in the universe will want a Model X just for those erotically articulated Falcon-Wing doors.
Well heeled? Don't you just love how we come up with phrases that simply mean rich but don't sound it?

Tesla is still for the rich. Will be for at least 3 more years if you believe their baloney and in reality probably means 5 or 10 years. By then, it's anyone's guess what technology will be dominating.

  • BlackBerry rallies after Chen talks partnership efforts [View news story]
ya, it's amazing how BBRY rallies on the weakest of news, news that you could just as easily argue should take the stock down. It's happened probably 10 times since Chen took over.

QNX in cars comes to mind. Remember that one? BBRY longs went nuts over that one claiming automobiles were the future and 3 months later they sell their automobile division.

so many people are still financially invested in BBRY and upside down that they will say just about anything to try and pump this company.

  • The BlackBerry Passport Is A Disruptive Technology Set To Transform America's Boardrooms [View article]
Were you writing an article or an advertisement?

An Advertisement, obviously. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for a business to give up its landlines and conferencing features to go with BBRY. Landlines are perfect and cheap. You don't attack perfection with imperfection and cheap with expensive and claim it's a breakthrough.

  • NQ Mobile Looks Like A Tasty Short After Running 15% Friday [View article]
In proving that there is no rhyme or reason to the markets, NQ stock - after plunging more than 15% in pre market trading - opened and rocketed up towards the $5 mark.
You're just not following the bouncing ball. PWC became abusive asking for original third party documents dating back years. So they were dismissed by an audit committee--of highly professional and independent members.

Now, a new auditor is in place and the audit will finish with no more problems. As soon as the market digested this information and reached the right conclusion, the stock actually went up a few pennies for the day after initially dropping because of panic sales.

Most likely the audit will come back qualified, the qualification being some stuff from years ago that is irrelevant to current valuation and once the market digests that, the stock price will soar and this game will be officially over.
