Ethanol vs. Natural Gas or Coal: Comparison Not Even Close [View article]
Once again someone points out what is rational to invest in, Nat Gas and Coal. But what does the mayor of Chicago (Obama) and his henchmen think. He did say he would bankrupt coal companies, and he does not seem to embrace the obvious solution of Nat Gas.

I look for long term plays, so I like producing nations like South Africa, Australia, Brazil. But...I fear a Japan style drawn out would wide downtrend, (things are really not that much better) with the dollar stronger, even with the printing presses running. And if you chart these country ETF's against UUP (dollar up) you will see an inverse relationship. What do you think?
In EM countries, people want to work and better themselves and their families, in EU and now USA people have drank the cool aid and want to go on the dole with Pres. Obama. Bread and Circus. I converse with people in China and Brazil and they are really hard workers. They have Personell departments, NOT Human Resources. In China they world 6 or 7 days a week, and surprisingly have NO UNIONS. They have a flat 17% tax and retire at 55yr, and can work and still collect after retiring. What I'm trying to say is that EM countries are like USA circa 1900, and USA is like UK in 1970, high tax"s, low productivity. I love my country, but will not invest here.
