Great article! The ideas of thinking of Service Performance Management first as SOA insurance, even better as SOA medical insurance, are compelling. But I think an even bigger shift in thought comes from thinking of it as SOA "health care". That's an even richer value proposition and allows for the proactive and predictive content of TIBCO's recent offerings.
