Unlocking American Eagle Outfitters' True Valuation

From a qualitative standpoint, do you think ANF and AEO will adjust their product line to the changes in fashion? From my perspective (college senior) the companies haven't changed their look in the past 4 to 5 years. Their target market is fickle- if kids think something isn't "cool" anymore, it's taboo.

Great article. I agree with shorting GAP, but high-end retailers like Saks and Nordstroms cater to the "new banks"- rich people. Watch as the institutions put more emphasis on wealth management and trim their investment banking arms. The rich stay rich.
