Life Without Microsoft Is Possible

Do people really care what OS or office apps they use? My experience as an IT manager tells me no. They only care to the extent that the OS or office apps get in the way of their core business. So, on the one hand I agree MS has some things to be concerned about, but on the other hand most people (non-geeks like you and me) say to the experiment that spawned this article... SO WHAT?
