        <![CDATA[Reel Ken and alschroed:     The 2 years I owned LINE in my Roth, the negative UBTI far exceeded the distributions.  Does this mean, if I sell now (1) there is no reportable UBTI in respect to the sale, and (2) I won't even need to complete the T-990?  Thanks]]>
