    Economist I have been studying Switzerland since 1955 and investing there since 2003. Interroll is a leading conveyor equipment and Banque Cantonal du Jura is a well-run regional bank with the canton owning 50 % and private share-holders owning 50 %. Holcim is a global player in cement with major production in the U.S.(Ste.Genevieve, Missouiri). Diversification is important.

    Economist Longterm holder of Banco Popular. Student of the Spanish economy first as visitor starting in 1957 and then professionally starting in 1988. The Spanish will figure out how to solve the problems. Gamesa will be a part of the solution. I would like to see them pursue tidal energy reaping from Lske Michigan, possibly with Ocean Power(OPTT) or a private Norwegian firm I just discovered via Bloomberg. The rewards of long term investing go to the patient and smart.
