    QFIIs missed Chinese first rally of 2009, they are preparing for the second or expecting something in 2010. Chinese government of couse is happy to let more money in, especially when they needs to pump more money to support the rocky market plus the huge IPOs.

    The reasons to buy C are not convincing. For example, if C making loss $1 per share in 2009, then its book value of $4 will decline to $3. This figure may come down further if C can not generate profit in the following years.

    According to CNStock, Andy Xie, ex-Morganstanley economist, said China A share market - Shanghai composite index will move downwards further from current level of around 2000 to 600. If that was the case, I guess US market would drop at least 50%. GS, MS and City would all go bankrupcy for sure.

    The sales data in China's auto market provides a good explaination why petro price should come down further(if China is the factor). A sales increase of 15% yoy indicates 15% more petro consumption growth in china during 1H08 at most, but petro price jumped more this level? Why is that, the reason can be lined to Iran, IBs like GS. My point is claiming chinese demand as the main factor driving up commodities price does not convincing.
