Outline of Yahoo! Break Up Takes Shape
Yahoo has new products on the way, it is still the number one site from the world but in autumn will be even more visited than now because Yahoo has some more surprises to offer.

The value of Yahoo shares will rise in the third trimester of this year without help from Microsoft.

Microsoft Signals It Would Rather Talk to an Icahn-Controlled Yahoo
      Indeed, toMicrosoft and jerrYahoo :)

If a merge between Microsoft and Yahoo will be done (with or without AOL in this business), the whole world will lose one or two big players in the internet services market, but this thing will create a gap that must be filled by another company, may be even a non-US company (I see below something related to China :), that will have the mission to replace all the services offered now by Yahoo or AOL with similar (old ideas as social network, webmail, news, blogging, web-page-maker) but original services (new ideas, new features).

If this happen, then a suicidal Microsoft-Google merge will be the next step!

Icahn Keeps the Heat on Yahoo!
      Well,

I think this is the time when Icahn should sell all the shares of stock he has now.
Yahoo cannot be a part of Microsoft!

Sources Say MicroHoo Is Back On
Microsoft it is the responsible for all these rumors. They will kill very easy one of their competitors by purchasing Yahoo.

But there is hope even if Yahoo will be sinked. All the people that are doing a good job now on Yahoo will work tomorrow in small enterprises and will try to discover and innovate new products, better than the products made by Microsoft, even better than the products offered now by Yahoo.

Yahoo is the most visited site on the earth, it is strange that we can imagine such a scenario for this company.

Yahoo's Management Exodus Could Be a Very Good Thing
True what you say, Yahoo has an incredible reach, has the best web mail with about 270 millions of users, is still the most visited site from the internet (according to Alexa.com) and people needs Yahoo.

I think that a MicroHoo or a YaSoft will not be a good idea for the Internet Market, if this will happen then I will move out to another email service, to another internet search, I don't want to be a Micro-internet-custome... (windows is sufficient for me).

      Yahoo's YMail - Don't Really Get It
      Hello Mathew,
Yahoo madded with these 2 new domains the first move from a new war, the web 2.0 war.

I use now a ZenBe email account, but I think that I will return to the Yahoo's Mail Inbox if Yahoo can offer an improved communication, and an easy access to all their services.

I'm excited to see the new model of Yahoo profile loaded also as a Mail Home Page (with personal blog, social network - 360, Mash, Hi5 -, personal pages - My Yahoo -, instant messenger, news buzzer, delicious bookmarking and other cool stuff).
Well, Yahoo also tries to cover more countries and more markets, as Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Ymail and RocketMail are just the first domains that are joining Yahoo.com, in the future other domains owned now by various free mail providers from different countries (countries without Yahoo services on this moment).

And all these good news from Yahoo will be followed by other good news from other providers.
