I remember ETO having an obnoxiously high fee buried in the fine print... (over 2%) and that its high yield is accomplished through various strategies such as dividend harvesting. (Rotating in and out of stocks before their dividend dates... but long enough in advance to have favorable dividend treatment) Funny, according to the Eaton Vance website the "Online prospectus [is] currently unavailable"
