Won't happen. For either political reasons, or the likelihood that B of A acted at the behest of the USG, or the knowledge that the US financial system was in the throes of imminent collapse -- it won't happen.
Mr Newman, your ideas could bring much needed income for the unscrupulous many out there. Already have, in the case of sport betting.
And how about that "business" vehicle credit a couple of years back to subsidize hummers and ford explosions. It paid my neighbor to get a bargain on a suburban that blots out the setting sun. (No, he doesn't really have a business per se, but he does take his cat to the veterinarian in it. (In his defense, it's a big cat.)
And big tobacco? Do you think we can not only allow, but subsidize emphysema and the Big C?
