Why Is Axys Performing So Poorly?

I'm with you, Mark. The market is insane. I don't know how else to explain such a lousy reaction to good results. Maybe I'm missing something big here.

2009 Guidance was reiterated (when most others cos are slashing guidance).

Nice conservative balance sheet. Steady, growing backlog.

IMO Hi Rez imaging is an efficiency strategy -- made even MORE important in lean times. Reminds me of drone aircraft (or electronic medical records, for that matter).

When you can't spare the manpower or $$ for direct human labor, you do things remotely with less direct intervention. Applies well to military surveillance, border security, corporate security.
