AIG's Long Awaited Shake-Up Arrives

Let me get this straight - Sullivan's leadership as CEO - under Chairman Willumstad - allegedly hurts AIG performance so the "long awaited shake up" is to move out Sullivan and add CEO to Willumstad???? Are you kidding me? What was Willumstad doing while SUllivan was allegedly ruining the company? Why is this a change for good? Does Wall Street buy this? Do we investors buy this?

This is insulting and meaningless.
