EOG Resources: Continue to Buy on Pullbacks

Hi im new here and really dont understand everthing im learning yet. I would like to know if someone can help me ? I was reading online about this great company that manufactures the equipment to procure the natural gas. Im not sure if it is a ipo or existing company any help would be great.
