eBay P/E Hits New Low

eBay is undervalued stock at this price and a good buy. The changes company made were good for buyers. As long as buyers stay with eBay, more likely they will with the changes, sellers will come over. However they will have to follow strict rules recently implemented.
Long run eBay will benefit with fraud going down due to strict rules, less cost for fraud protection for Paypal as fraud will decrease. time will tell.

Looking at eBay's recent changes, I guess these are required. Simple reason as many people say sellers moving to other sites like Amazon, is amazon allowing sellers to be unfair to buyers? amazon will always support buyers no matter what.
Also fees at Amazon is more expensive than eBay, however ebay has listing fees and Amazon has none.

I do not undestand why people are so -ve on eBay and positive on all others when no one provide a real advantage.
