Countrywide: Fine Line Between Ignorance and Corruption

No way the government or anyone else can police lenders, borrowers or any other sector of the economy in a manner which actually prevents corruption and theft. Crime pays well, and when mankind is of the mindset that the threat of punishment is not sufficent to deter the crime and in the absence of absolute truth and morality which says God is watching and you will answer for every thing when you die, what is there to stop the eventual collapse of a free market system?
