    ...ah, yes, the stock market can be a harsh teacher...it looks like this guy got lucky last year -- heavy emphasis on "lucky" -- and shorted PLD -- something he loves to rave about:

    ...well, from that success it seems he concluded he was a REIT wizard and started his blog and began posting on seekingalpha...unfortu... the market was uncooperative and paid little attention to his blog and perhaps that is why he refrained from further seekingalpha posts until April 6...but he couldn't restrain himself, I guess:
