When It Comes to Cement, It's All about China

I think Cemex is a great buy at these prices !! You have to remember that once we get thru this whole housing crisis people will build homes and commercial real estate and they will use Cemex's building products !! I am a long term investor in CX and I think its one of these best companies outside the U.S.
