I wouldn't worry about 2009. Although the cash box office in 2008 correctly points to Marvel's film success, Hollywood accounting practices provide little profit to Marvel in 2008 because the money guys collect first. Read the 2nd qtr transcript, and you'll find that most of the films profits accruing to Marvel will be accounted for in 2009. Still, this is a cash cow story for years to come.
