I am an independent stock investor specialize in turnaround companies. Examples are Rite-Aid, Bank of America, Nokia, shipping industry and mining companies. In the wake of the 2008-2009 financial meltdown, the housing industry suffered severe downturn. I sensed the housing collapse was once in a lifetime opportunity to invest in real estate. I therefore became real estate investor, and quickly scooped up distressed and abandoned properties across the country.I turned these once vacant properties into occupied, income producing properties. Everyone has to live somewhere. If we begin with this elemental, incontrovertible fact, it becomes apparent why real estate has been and will continue to be one of the soundest investments in the world. As long as there are people in need of shelter, there will continue to be a demand for real estate. My real estate investment strategy has so far proved successful. I attended Idaho State University for Mechanical Technology, and University of Washington for Scientific and Technical Writing. I'm also a free lance writer, an International Vocational-Technical Instructor certified by the International Labor Board Association based in Limassol, Cyprus.
