Machinery Should Work for the Short Term

The outlook for most US companies who export will be compromised by the rise in the USD. It has risen in value approx 10% against a number of currencies in the last two weeks and if maintained will impact future sales and profit. Add to the worldwide recession now in place and contraction in expenditure, capital expenditure stocks will come under renewed pressure.
