As Global Demand Rises, Oil Production Remains Flat

When the Saudi's, Oil companies and even a speculator say it, I believe it. It's all speculation. I agree with Dan Walker, make them take delivery. Senate testamony from a speculator says it's speculators. Go to and read for yourselves:
