  • Is Countrywide Financial Headed for Bankruptcy? [View article]
    If I have it correct, did Bank of America only purchase 'some" assets of Countrywide? If so, are the remaining assets those that Bank of New York are suing to recover from? Who would be the liable party? Good Article.
