Raising Margin Requirements May Spike Oil Prices Higher

Perhaps the CFTC and the Federal Reserve need to step in and limit futures contracts to only those buyers that will actually take delivery. Margin requirements need to be raised to make it more costly for hedge funds to speculate. We need more transparency.
