At the core is the problem of cash flow and asset value. If you look at the failing reserves it is clear that cash flow is falling. At a certain point the bank tips into a very bad area and fails. When that happens the FDIC can take them over and remedy the problem. the problem with the bigger banks is we dont know what that point is and how soon they will reach it. Along with the massive secuirization we are facing massive problems. When need to bring the banks back to basics and remove the problems. Right now it seems the N word is the only way.
