MEG WHITMAN WAS AWARE OF MY INVESTIGATION AND FINDINGS OVER 2 YEARS AGO. SOON AFTER, SHE RESIGNED! MS. WHITMAN IMPLEMENTED & ENCOURAGED THE FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. SHE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE
